Transportation and forwarding
Transportation and forwarding are one of the key activities of our company. We provide inland and international transportation of shipments to any location in the Czech Republic and Europe. We are members of the Association of Forwarding and Logistics Companies.
- International road transportation
We transport our customers' goods throughout Europe, mainly to and from European Union member countries. We are also committed to expand our services further to the East.
- Inland road transportation
We can virtually transport any sort of goods to any location in the Czech Republic. We provide our customers both individual and regular transportation services. Our broad network of dispatching centres allow us to respond quickly and reliably to our customers' requirements.

Fleet of vehicles
We have a fleet of 300 trucks of all types and dimensions. For our regular long-term customers trucks most appropriate for transport of their goods are reserved. Also, some of our trucks are coloured based on the "colour scheme" of our customers.

Consignment tracking system
This system allows us to get information about the actual location of every consignment.

Capacity
Every month we deal with 12 000 transports and are one of the leading companies on the Czech market. We also have a number of contracted forwarders, which allow us to deliver nearly any consignment even in seasonal peak periods.

Storage
Storage of goods is an important part of our services. Our warehouses are equipped with the latest warehouse equipment and meet the strictest criteria of stock management.
- Storage of goods on palettes
Storage of goods on palettes takes the biggest part of our storage capacity. We strive for functionality, system and cleanliness of our warehouses.
- Storage of chilled goods
Our warehouses comprise a section with controlled temperature, which allows us to match more challenging customer requirements, such as storage of chilled goods.
- Customs storage
Our customers can benefit from our customs warehouse and collect their goods from it gradually based on their actual needs.
- Warehouse technologies
In our warehouses we use a bar code technology. As goods motion recording systems we use FIFO and FEFO. Also, we always perform input and output quality checking and checking of order completeness. Our modern warehouse information system supports direct record keeping of any product, which allows us an immediate identification of any product at any time.
- Palette service
We provide palette collection, sorting, repair and distribution services. We hold a certificate for palette production.
- Complete range of services
We develop services, which add value to the goods, including foundation of special work centres (re-packaging, grouping, labelling, etc.) and a reserved workshop.

Our current storage capacity is 50 thousand palettes. We gradually expand our storage capacity.

Goods packaging and treatment
Goods packaging and treatment is a service, which forms a part of our complete logistic solution. We provide goods treatment services, which range from simple labelling to most complex handling.
- Sampling
Goods to be packaged are put into a PE bag, which is then heat sealed. The sealing is aesthetically perfect and leak proof.
- Group packaging into heat shrinkable sheets
The product to be packaged is put into a sheet and is pushed in the machine packaging area. The sheet gets heat shrunk around the product. We have equipment for packaging of heavier and larger products (bottles, cans, etc.).
- Skin-pack
Ecological substitute of the blister. The product is fixed to a cardboard by a sheet, which tightly covers the product due to heat action and air drainage from the inside of the package.
- Flow-pack
Goods to be packaged are placed on a conveyor in the appropriate order and number. The conveyor transports the goods to the packaging area. In the packaging area the product is covered by a transparent sheet (it is possible to apply full colour printing) and sealed lengthwise. A part of the machine is the "best before date" printing directly on the package. Our technology allows us to make up to 50 packages per minute.
- Labelling
Printing and sticking of a label on a specified location on the product. This is mainly used for sticking Czech instruction labels or customer's marketing promotional labels.
- Capacity
We have a special workshop for strict hygiene conditions, which are required for handling certain types of products. Thanks to this workshop we hold, as one of the few European companies, a certificate for handling open hygienic product of the Procter & Gamble company. We provide our customers with all necessary components for organization of their events, such as cardboard, labels, special packages and fillings. Our new machines and technologies allow us to expand our production capacity.

Distribution logistics
We operate distribution systems for dry and chilled goods. We ensure storage, sale, distribute and transportation of both box and individual consignments throughout the Czech Republic and Slovakia. We are committed to a constant development of our know-how, which allows us to expand our services in distribution logistics.

Our two central warehouses in Bohemia and Moravia and a network of local dispatch centres allow us to forward goods to any place in the country.
- Types of consignments
We have capacities to ensure regular forwarding of nearly any type of goods for the independent market. We have a many year experience with logistic and forwarding services, which we have been providing for major producers and importers of dry goods, cosmetics, household appliances, paints and shoes.
- 24-hour service
For goods, which we also store in our warehouses, we ensure the delivery to the end customer within 24 hours. Otherwise our delivery terms are 48 hours.

Every day we deliver dry and chilled goods to 950 sales points in the Czech Republic and 750 in Slovakia, mostly from the independent market.

Customs declaration
Customs declaration arrangement is part of our logistic services. After we had joined the European Union we started providing a new service - INTRASTAT (statistical data preparation service).

- INTRASTAT
This is a statistical data collection service for goods transit between EU member countries. Pursuant to the Decree number 200/2004INTRASAT is to be used by companies, which during a calendar year exceeded a so called "assimilation threshold". This threshold is 4 000 000 CZK for exported goods and 2 000 000 CZK for imported goods. The mandatory report may be prepared by a duly empowered representative on behalf of a company.
- Customs warehouses
In these warehouses we store goods originated in countries, which are not EU members and are not subject to import customs fee or business and political measures. Our company operates a "Public customs warehouse", which belongs to the Customs Authority in Kladno. In this warehouse anybody can store its goods. Based on the customers needs we perform partial filings, keep records of all the goods and ensure preparation of the T1 document and collection of customs fee for exports to third countries. Our company disposes of all types of customs guarantees in sufficient amounts.

Outsourcing
We assume responsibility for flow of completed products from the end of the production line, through the warehouse and dispatch centre, up to the delivery to the end customer.
- Our logistic partner takes an active part in logistic process planning and creation and subsequently takes on the individual tasks of process management.
- We can mainly see the outsourcing trend at companies wanting to focus solely on their business. Such companies outsource their logistics services to logistic experts.
- Mutual cooperation and co-ordination of logistics activities provides both parts with a cost saving and efficient logistic solution. Co-operation with a professional logistic partner frees space in the company stock and trucks and makes the overall manufacturing process more efficient.
- Due to the pressure on costs and the trend of cost variability we expect further development of internal logistics outsourcing services.
